A playlist follower for the music you keep coming back to
Keep an Apple Music playlist current on Spotify.
Heartbeats is being built to check an Apple Music playlist once a day and update a separate Spotify copy when it finds changes.
01 / The original playlist stays where it is. Heartbeats follows it for you.

WHY HEARTBEATS EXISTS
Some playlists are worth keeping up with.
Someone sent me an Apple Music playlist, and I loved it. Spotify is where I listen, so I copied the songs over by hand.
Then it hit me: every new song would mean checking the original and copying it again. Heartbeats started as a way to stay with the music as that playlist changes.
THE CONCEPT
A small loop that keeps listening.
A daily check keeps the source playlist and your listening copy connected, without moving the original.
- 01
Follow a playlist
Choose an Apple Music playlist you want to keep up with.
- 02
Check once a day
Heartbeats looks for changes in the original playlist.
- 03
Listen from Spotify
A separate Spotify copy is the place you listen and catch up.
Discord notices are part of the concept. Notification setup and availability are still being checked against the project.
A PROJECT IN PROGRESS
The idea is clear. The setup is still taking shape.
This page explains the intended experience. Heartbeats is still in development, so check the current project notes for what is implemented and what is planned.
GOOD TO KNOW
A few quick answers.
How often does Heartbeats check?
The concept is a once-a-day check. It is not a real-time sync.
Does it change the Apple Music playlist?
No. The idea is to keep a separate copy on Spotify, leaving the original playlist where it is.
Can I set it up today?
The project is still in development. This page describes the goal, not a ready-to-run service. Setup details should be verified against the current code and README.
Will it send Discord notifications?
Discord notices are part of the concept. Their setup and availability are still being verified.
